You maybe asking why I sell parts for mini ATV’s. This is how it all
started. I bought my 4 year old son Zachary a 2002 Polaris 50cc
Scrambler. After riding it around the yard a zillion times I heard about
ATV racing at Freedom Raceway just south of Arcade New York. So
after a little convincing of mom we put it in the back of the truck and
headed off.
I was a little scared when he went out for his first heat race. I wondered,
would he run into the other little racers or at least stay on the coarse. Well
much to my surprise he lead every lap. He came down the pit lane with a
smile ear to ear.
While waiting for his feature race Zack met Alex Kessler another 4 year
old in his class they played the whole afternoon. While helping Zack up to
the starting line he yelled over to Alex and said, “Alex I lead last time you
can lead this time”. Not wanting to tell Zack that’s not how the game is
played I just wished him luck and be safe.
Zack was in the lead with two laps to go, when he stops the field of little
racers so that Alex can pass and take his turn at winning the checkered
flag. That’s how they finished, Zack following Alex waving to the
crowd. He was so happy to let his new friend get the checkered flag like
he did the race before. We have been hooked ever since, as is his mom
and grandparents. We also became best of friends with Alex and the
whole REDEYE Racing Team.
As Zack got better we wanted to make it go a little faster but had trouble
finding high performance parts for his mini ATV in western New York.
There was no one selling high performance parts or any parts for that
matter. This is why we started REIMER HIGH PERFORMANCE MINI
ATV PARTS. Now the parents have a chance to give there kids minis a
little more zip. I am not out to make big money from this adventure.
What I would like to do is to get more kids involved in racing their minis
in a controlled environment.
